Transportation

Our lodges are located In the central eastern interior of Newfoundland. We are located in prime Woodland Caribou country of Middle Ridge (area 64 for Woodland Caribou), which has the largest remaining herd in the world.  We are also in 2 different moose management areas. Area 28 Black River and area 26 Jubilee Lake. All those areas are in and border the largest wilderness reserve in Newfoundland the Bay du Nord wilderness. 

You will fly into the capital city of St John’s where you can get the shuttle to the local hotel (2 minute ride) and overnight at the Hampton Inn & Suites. To Book your reservation please call 1-709-738-4888

We pick you up at noon following day at the hotel. You will be brought to our camps by Argos, ATVs, and 4 wheel drive pickup or float planes and helicopter depending on the species we are hunting, weather conditions, and time of year. When at camp we will be hunting on foot mostly. At fly in camps it is mostly walking spot and stalk and boat and motor. We have Argos for meat retrieval and helicopter if required. At Bear hunting camp we will be using mostly 4 wheel drives and quads.

Depending on what lodge you are hunting from change days will be either Sunday, Tuesday, or Thursday.
